THE B. HARLEY BRADLEY HOUSE
CARD CASE
This design was adapted from a carpet that Frank Lloyd Wright
designed in 1900 for the B. Harley Bradley House in Kankakee, Illinois.
It shows his early fascination with, and incorporation of, intricate
designs made up of straight lines — at a time when his contemporaries
were designing early Victorian curvilinear embellishments.
•Nickel-plated brass
•3 5/8" x 2 3/8"
•Elegantly boxed in an ivory case with the
Frank Lloyd Wright Logo and a story card
